Gorgeous and new-fashioned room

The hotel is clean, has views of the lake. The venue serves marvellous breakfasts and offers brand-new and immaculately clean rooms with good black-out curtains, a minibar had been. Perfect and handy location, a train station is near the hotel. And it's by Taraldsvikelva.

The rooms are brand-new and have incredible view of the lake. Favourable location next to the shopping mall as well as train and bus stations, it's central.

The hotel is well-maintained and enchanting, with fairly clean rooms. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer Wheelchair Accessible rooms with nice views and bathtubs. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.

Very friendly, cheerful and willing reception and cafeteria staff. High quality breakfast, varied in both sweet and savoury, and with a sufficiently wide timetable to be able to enjoy it. WIFI fast and with quite good signal, at least in the common areas and in the room I was staying. Normal size room, and quite big bathroom, simple, but with all the necessary, well distributed and well used all the space, as they announced it in the web. Good cleanliness of the room, as well as the bathroom too. Free covered parking in the shopping center next door. Perfect if you travel by motorbike as it transmits a lot but that much security. It is not necessary to make a reservation, so if you do not know the means of transport to use, you will not be able to get there and not have a place.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. We had a discount on the bill when we complained about a very disturbing road work outside that lasted almost all night, that was a positive and professional handling of a complaint.

Very warm when we were there and windows could not be opened during night due to noice from traffic outside, E6 passes by just in front of the hotel. Windows were being replaced on some floors which also caused some mess.

The hotel is family-friendly and has friendly staff. the rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making facilities. Conveniently located near a shopping mall, information center, war museum, railway station, and shops.

had a fairly nice stay here. stayed here for 1 day, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with convenient and absolutely perfect location close to station. location: the venue was close to a shopping centre, rail stations and bus stations and the shopping mall multi storey next door. very helpful and excellent staff, provided information if needed.

The room I booked was reasonably spacious and bright with the nice view. It was in a handy and excellant location near the train station.

The staff were amicable and excellent. the beds were good. the breakfast was rich and marvelous. the location was handy, just a pleasant stroll away from Gondol.

The beds were very comfy. the hotel is located in a central area close to Narvik and the upper restaurant. the employees were really kind and nice, and they kept everything clean.

Good room, beds, wifi reception, bathroom. Two comfortable chairs. Parking space in front of the hotel.

No ventilation in the room, which makes the room a bit stuffy without opening the window.

The young male receptionist was very helpful in helping us to recover some lost luggage.

The room size was impressive, much bigger than the typical rooms in Norway. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions, shops, and train station. - the on-site restaurant had a great ambiance and served delicious food and drinks.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the lobby and room were grubby and hadn't been properly cleaned.
